As part of the ongoing classwork with Ben Spear︎︎︎we are using the tools of UX Research to trace the shortcomings of the Student Hub website at Rhode Island School of Design.
Through extensive User Research and Data Coding, I am finding design solutions that help the ‘newly accepted’ students feel confident and less anxious. I aim to make the information digestable and not overwhelming, meanwhile making sure no important information goes missing.
In the coming weeks this research will translate into UI Sketches, Prototypes and the Final Product wil be aligned with the research and student goals.
